We offer shipping by United States Parcel Service (USPS) to the United States. In most cases your order will be shipped the next business day after placing your order, and if applicable, will arrive at its destination within 3-5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for postage when mailing the item(s) back to The Black Market LLC at our mailing address, which can be found on the contact us page.
Once the item is received, your credit card will be credited, minus the initial shipping costs plus a fifteen (15%) restocking fee. To insure your return is processed in a timely manner, please include your reason for return along with the item itself.
