Spratters & Jayne accepts all major credit cards via secure checkout via PayPal. PLEASE NOTE: A PayPal account is not required to process your payment. PayPal will process any major credit card.

Shipping

We ship Domestically via USPS or UPS. All International orders will be shipped via USPS. Please email us if you have specific requirements or shipping requests.

S&J OFFERS FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days to process orders. We confirm shipment via email with a USPS or UPS tracking number. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot send tracking numbers for international orders. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. Spratters & Jayne does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your address is correct when you place your order!

Online Return Policy

Customers are encouraged to email us at: info@sprattersandjayne.com within 7 business days of receipt of your order regarding all returns and exchanges.

Returns must be made within 7-10 business days of our response. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ship your return in its original packaging using a TRACKABLE mail carrier.

Refunds and exchanges are applicable for unworn or defective merchandise. Please allow at least one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your bank statement. S&J refunds the cost of the merchandise minus initial shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee.
