Bicycles ship to any US home or office address for $19.99 (continental/lower 48 only, does not apply to APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii).
Free Shipping On All Orders $49 Delivered To Home or Office
No coupon code required. Minimum purchase amount of $49 net of any discounts and taxes, required for an order to qualify. Applies to ground shipping on orders delivered to a home or office address in the lower 48 states and does not apply to next-day, second-day, air or expedited shipping orders; overweight item surcharges do apply to items shipped via ground shipping that meet the minimum purchase amount. Orders by Team Performance Members will be eligible for an upgrade to 2nd business day shipping at no extra charge. Hazardous items require upgraded shipping and are not eligible to receive free shipping. In the event and order incurs shipping charges, coupons cannot be applied to the shipping amount charged. Performance Bicycle reserves the right to alter or cancel promotion at anytime without notice.
Totally Free Ship to Store
No minimum order size required. All shipping and overweight/oversize charges waived in cart. Offer DOES NOT apply to expedited shipping methods. Offer not available on previous purchases. Team Performance memberships, renewals and gift cards are not eligible for the Ship to Store option. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to arrive at the Performance Bicycle store you select. Team Performance 2nd Business Day Shipping Upgrades do not apply to orders shipped to a Performance Bicycle retail location. You will receive an e-mail from the Performance store you selected when your order is available for pickup. Please bring a copy of the E-mail and your photo ID.
Overnight Delivery
Orders received by 4:00 pm EST are shipped the same day (in stock items only). Saturday deliveries incur an additional $20 surcharge. Orders placed for next day delivery after 4:00 pm EST on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
2nd Business Day Delivery
No Saturday deliveries. Orders received by 4:00 pm EST are shipped the same day (in stock items only). Additional charges apply for shipments to AK, HI, Guam, PR and VI (2-day delivery). E-mail: CustomerService@performancebike.com for exact rates. Orders for Team Members in geographic regions not served by our 2nd Day Service will have their packages shipped via Ground Service. This includes APO, FPO, Foreign and PO Box orders.
Note: When selecting Overnight or 2-day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as required to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pay regular shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders). All overweight item charges apply.

Hazardous items ship separately and are ship via Ground Service, allow up to 10 business days. Hazardous items cannot be shipping outside the continental US 48 states.

Oversize Items
Additional charges apply to oversized items such as trainers, work stands, and bike carriers. Call or email for exact rates.
GST and Duty
You will be billed 7% GST, a $5 processing fee, and duty based on the item (most clothing is 17.5%, most components 7.5%) for orders over US $17 by Canadian Customs. You will be contacted by the carrier regarding brokerage fees and collection of GST and duties.
International Orders
Shipping and Handling for all International Orders (except Canada) varies. Please contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-727-2453 or e-mail at CustomerService@performancebike.com for more information or questions.
Please Note: International orders will be processed and shipped once billing address verification has been obtained. The package must be shipped to the billing address, this verification must be verbally received from the card holder's bank. Your confirmation does not reflect international shipping charges. You will receive an e-mail with shipping options and quotes for your approval. Your order will be processed when we receive a response indicating your shipping choice and approval of charges.
